Welcome to Lite with Lettuce. By accessing or using our website www.litewithlettuce.com or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  • Lite with Lettuce operates as a cloud kitchen, preparing and delivering freshly made food.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed with us are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through the available payment methods on our website/platform.

  • Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned on the checkout page).

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded (see Return Policy).

3. Delivery

  • We strive to deliver your meals within the estimated delivery time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

4. No Return, No Refund

  • As our meals are freshly prepared, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.

  • In case of an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit (at our discretion).

5. Food Safety & Allergies

  • While we maintain strict hygiene standards, our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy.

  • Customers are responsible for informing us about any dietary restrictions or allergies before placing an order. Lite with Lettuce will not be held liable for allergic reactions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, menus, and designs, is the property of Lite with Lettuce and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to deliver high-quality food and services, Lite with Lettuce shall not be held responsible for:

    • Delays caused by third-party delivery services

    • Health issues arising due to undisclosed allergies

    • Misuse of our website or products

  • Our liability, in any case, shall be limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panchkula, Haryana .
